The D&M staff are the most courteous, friendly, and professional people. I always feel comfortable trying to explain issues with my car.
Dave and his mechanics do everything they can to diagnose a problem. I recently had an intermittent electrical problem with my Lincoln Towncar. They rushed out to my house one morning (in the pouring rain) to diagnose it while the problem was occurring. You don't get that service from the dealer.
